New Mobile Site
We have just launched a new mobile version of this site - m.trainspots. This page will use your smart device's GPS to loctate you and guide you to locations that are close to your present location.
Location notes
The Main station in Berlin. It is divided into an upper and lower level.
Railway type and traffic
Only passenger trains use the station; Regional Trains (RE),international and the S-Bahn.
Environment
Is in the city centre of Berlin and is a busy place.
Road directions
  • Take A1/E30, A30 and A2 to Seestraße in Berlin.
  • Take Friedrich-Krause-Ufer to the station.

    Photographic notes
    The several platforms give you an opportunity to take pictures of the trians but also the S-Bahn.
    The lower level is not so suitable for pictures, dark and a lot of concrete.
