The location is in a suburb of Bremen, about 15 minutes away by train or 40 minutes by tram from the town centre.
Railway type and traffic
The line has a mix of both passenger and freight trains and is very busy Monday to Friday.
Environment
This is a foot path through open fields just 10 minutes walk from the station of Bremen Mahndorf. Behind you is a residential area.
Road directions
From Osnabrück follow direction to Bremen / Hamburg
Follow the A1 to the Uphuser Heerstrasse in Achim. Take exit 54-Uphusen / Bremen Mahndorf from the A1
Follow the two right lanes to the right store at the Hansastraße / B68
Take the exit onto A1 / E37 direction Bremen / Oldenburg
Take exit 54-Uphusen / Bremen Mahndorf direction Uphusen / Bremen-Mahndorf
Continue on Uphuser Heerstraße. Take Mahndorfer Heerstraße the Schneidhainer Str. In Bremen
Turn left to Uphuser Heerstraße
Continue onto Mahndorfer Heerstraße
Turn right to Hermann-Osterloh-Straße
Turn right to Schneidhainer Str.

Parking
Parking can be found near the railway station or on the residential streets behind the location.
Public transport
You can reach Bremen from Osnabruck by Regional Bahn.
The location is about 10 minutes walk from either the Bremen Mahndorf railway station or the Bremen Bahnhof Mahndorf tram and bus stops.
Head north up Mahndorfer Landstraße and as you pass under the railway bridge there is a left turn onto a footpath. Follow this and once you cross the railway you will reach the location.

Photographic notes
Best suited to morning trains passing by from Bremen to Osnabrück and then afternoon towards Bremen. The location is favourable in the spring and autumn, as in the summer the crops can be high. At this time steps or a pole would be an advantage.
