New Mobile Site

Location notes
Long Buckby is a busy Northamptonshire village. The village has a station on the Northampton loop of the West Coast Main Line.
Railway type and traffic
There are three trains per hour to London and thrre trains per hour north, these are operated by London Midland.
This section of line also sees much freight including Freightliner, and DB Schenker workings.

Environment
The station itself can often be very quiet, but sometimes the local youths can occupy the shelters if they have nothing else to do.
Road directions
From Northampton, head out on the A428.The turning for the village is well signposted. When in the centre of the village, bear left on the road to Daventry. The Station is at the bottom of the hill, and can`t be missed.

Update Sept 16: New car park has been built. Plenty of spaces. Pay and Display 4 per day coin only or pay by phone.
Public transport
A frequent railway service serves the station.
There is also the hourly bus route 11 from Long Buckby to Daventry.

Amenities
There are no amenities at the station, but the village has a good selection of pubs and shops.
