Location notes
Sandwich is a pleasant Kent location on the line running between Minster and Dover.
Railway type and traffic
Class 375 Electrostars are generally all you see on the line these days, although the occasional charter and engineers train can be seen passing.
Environment
This quiet station is only staffed Monday-Saturday until lunchtime.
Road directions
From Ramsgate, head south on the A256 to Sandwich. From the town centre, continue heading south down New Street, and as you approach the railway, turn left down St Georges Road into the residential area. Then tate a right into Delfside. The station is at the end of this cul-de-sac.

Nothing at the station what-so-ever. There are lots of lovely restaurants and pubs in Sandwich.

Photographic notes
An interesting shot can be had from the station footbridge of trains arriving, with the road crossing and signal box behind them.
Shots can be had in both directions and from both platforms to suit most lighting conditions throughout the day.
