New Mobile Site
We have just launched a new mobile version of this site - m.trainspots. This page will use your smart device's GPS to loctate you and guide you to locations that are close to your present location.
Location notes
A foot bridge over HS1 in Rainham, Essex. The main operator is C2C Rail.
Railway type and traffic
C2C trains run every 30 minutes to Grays and London Fenchurch Street at 27 & 57 past the hour to Grays and 28 & 58 to Fenchurch St.
You are also located right next to HS1 the high speed link to and from London St Pancras International.
You also get Freightliners through Rainham going to and from Tilbury.
Environment
Its an open area with fields on one side of the railway and a small town on the other which is about an 8 minute walk from the station.
Road directions
Rainham is located just off the A13.

Parking
There is a car park located next to the station, a fee is expected but Tescos has free parking which is about 5 minutes walk away from the station.
Public transport
There is a 30 minute train service to and from London Fenchurch Street operated by C2C Rail.

Amenities
There are no toilets available at the station but there is a cafe which is 2 minutes walk from the station but closes at 13:30 on Saturdays. There is also a Tesco superstore with all amenities available a short 5 minutes walk away.
