New Mobile Site
We have just launched a new mobile version of this site - m.trainspots. This page will use your smart device's GPS to loctate you and guide you to locations that are close to your present location.
Location notes
This location is on the West London Line, it is located on Tesco Kensington (Earls Court) Superstore, at the point where the A4 meets Warwick Road.
Railway type and traffic
Frequent London Overground 378s and Hourly Southern Class 377s, Occasional Virgin Voyager Services
You can also see the Olympia Shuttle operated by the District Line.
Freight has a wide mix of traffic with most operators and types putting in an appearance during the day.
Environment
You will find yourself safe, as it is on a car park guarded by Security.
Road directions
The location is just off the A4. Which can be accessed from the M25 at Junction 15, travel into London remaining on the M4 and then the A4 and the location will be on your right.

Parking
You can park in Tesco Kensington (Earls Court) Car Park, it is free of charge to park up to 2 hours for shoppers, after 2 hours you might have to pay.
Public transport
Nearest Station- Earls Court
When you are at Earls Court, head to Warwick Road Entrance (facing Earls Court Exhibition Centre) when you get there, turn right and keep walking along Warwick Road until you get to the point where Warwick Road meets the A4. Cross the A4 and you will find Tesco Kensington. After crossing the A4 you will see a Car Park, head in there and you will find the location.

Amenities
Toilets can be found in Tesco. Food and Drinks can be brought from Tesco. There is also an Internet Café in the Superstore.
Accommodation
There are lots of hotels and bed and breakfasts in the area. But if you do wish to stay it would be better to book in advance as the area is well used for exhibitions and tourists.

Photographic notes
The Light is good for taking photos of trains heading North during the mornings and evening. But around midday is it quite bad, as you have the sun facing the camera.
You can see the Signals which tell you if the train is coming and what line is it going to take through Kensington Olympia.
The noise from the A4 can be quite intrusive as it is a busy route in and out of London.
